|  My husband and I were in the process of a massive hunt for our house. We were anxious to find a beautiful house in a short period of time. After searching for several homes in different locations, we narrowed our search down to 15 homes and that is when we came in contact with Jon. We told Jon our situation and that we had one weekend to view homes and did not want to leave without putting in an offer. Most of the homes we were interested in we found on Jon's website. We asked Jon to send us information on the listed homes we were interested in. He not only sent us the information but also included any other pertinent information that he felt would be helpful in our search. With the information we received, we were able to narrow our search down to six homes and asked Jon if he could set up viewings. Throughout that week, we kept sending Jon different homes and without hesitation or questions he sent us what we needed as well as keeping us posted on the homes we were scheduled to view. Our viewing day finally came and we had the pleasure of meeting Jon face-to-face. During our viewings, Jon was very honest and upfront with us. He had an idea what we were looking for and made sure we did not stray from it. We were able to put in an offer on our house that day, and Jon was able to get it countered and approved within 2 hours. This is probably unusual but Jon made it happen and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Relocation, let alone job hunting is a very stressful situation, but with the help of a great Realtor, our experience was enjoyable.
